Legal aid required in Chiba/Tokyo area

My own lawyer has gone AWOL.

I just need a cheap lawyer/administrator to get some forms for me, fill them in and then submit them.

Does anyone know any reliable lawyer that speaks English and is a reasonable price in the Tokyo area?

You mean, your lawyer doesn't return your mails or phone calls?
He's located in the Tokyo area, right?
