I heard first hand from a young idiot (other words may offend) that he had personally and with friends repeatedly raped and gang raped girls in and around Saga Prefecture Japan. He showed no remorse about it and was actually proud of it. I so badly wanted to Kick his a** but in doing so...as a foreigner would be in more trouble than he.

I can only say to women in Japan. BE CAREFUL!
And if raped don't be scared to report it. Go with a lawyer and report it to the police. In rural areas like Saga the police are more likely to turn the situation around and make it a very emotional and embarrasing situation. So go prepared with a lawyer and push for an investigation.
