I got married a Japanese women named Yoshiko. in Bangladesh in 2002. We had a son. Until December 2006 We lived together in Bangladesh. My wife came to visit Japan with my son in December 2006 for seven days but after that she stop communication with me. In February 2007 I came to Japan to search my son and wife. My wife started to hide with my son from one place to another. Finally I filed a case to find them. My son was well aquainted with Bangladesh. During his coming in Japan he knows only Bengali. Even after file a case two years I was not able to see my son. In 2009 Koshigaya family court allow me to see my son only for 20 minutes. In the mean time my ウィフェ did not allow my son to talk with me or see me although every year I came to Japan to see my son. In 2010 May I meet my son only for few minutes. In the mean time my beloved son forgot Bengali and adjusted with Japanese custom. I never saw any smile in his face. He is under complete control of her mother、 my wife did not allow my son to remember any memories of his origin. He does not know he is a muslim. The delay judgement of the Japanese Family court allow the child to forget his past. They never consider the parental right of father. I feel my son is compel to endure mental stress as he is not able to see his known world. I feel in Japan, once your relation is breakdown you have to loose your children.

FRIJ recommends you also visit crn japan, who are fighting international abduction to Japan and working to assure children in Japan of meaningful contact with both parents regardless of marital status
