I have been involved in Family Law matters and now 29 month sof PAS by my ex inspite of sustantive court orders for contact.
I went in search of where this Law was better then here in London and my world wide quest has lead me to the dismay that infact it is no better elsewhere, in fact worst of all in Canada and whilst the court process seems a little more open in Australia it is still far from ideal especially as we approach 10,000 suicides through Family Court, CSA and social services trauma I wonder what will it take to make Kevin Rudd reform this blatent injustice and those suicides have only occured since he came to office 27 months ago!
In the USA my associate at Second Class Citizen says there is also a strong coralation that affects returning service personel and an increase suicide and whilst the figures are not published would guess the numbers in the US run into hundreds of thousends!
